- Prepare the garden bed by using a garden fork or tiller to loosen the soil;
- Plant bulbs deep, about 15 cm or two to three times as deep as the bulb is high;
- Set the bulb in the ground with the pointy end up and cover with soil;
- Plant bulbs about twice the bulb diameter apart;
- Water bulbs right after planting;
- Feed the bulbs with a balanced fertilizer. Use organic material or compost.
